After two years of commercial real estate leasing and sales experience gained in the Irvine-Newport Beach market, Lee began his career in commercial real estate lending in the mid 1970s, with Western Mortgage (Union Bank), a correspondent for Metropolitan Life. Prior to deregulation of the thrift industry, Lee served as vice president of commercial mortgage lending operations at State Mutual Savings & Loan. In 1979, he moved to Santa Rosa and joined what became the private loan placement subsidiary of National Bank of the Redwoods. Parker Mortgage & Investment was formed in 1988 to represent quasi-institutional and private lenders.
Kevin was born and raised in Santa Rosa, CA. Kevin is a graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where he received a full athletic scholarship. After graduating from Cal Poly, Kevin returned to Santa Rosa and began his commercial lending career. Since then Kevin has originated, underwritten and funded over $275,000,000 in commercial real estate loans. His experience includes funding commercial, multifamily, agriculture and SBA transactions. In addition to managing the day to day operations of Parker Mortgage & Investment, Kevin is the Managing Partner of a 102 unit multifamily investment portfolio. Kevin currently lives in Santa Rosa with his wife Jill and son Cameron.
Shannon manages the pipeline for Parker Mortgage from submission through documentation and closing of the transaction. Shannon oversees the collection and distribution of all underwriting and loan documentation material. Prior to coming to Parker Mortgage & Investment Co., Shannon was the SBA Closing Manager for Sterling Savings Bank. During her 16 1/2 years with the Bank she managed a variety of duties in her positions as a Loan Processor, Underwriter, Closer and Manager. Shannon currently resides in Healdsburg, California with her husband Alex and two children, Donovan, age 11 and Makenzie, age 8.
Piper has been with Parker Mortgage & Investment Company since 2010 and is responsible for all loan servicing functions, including processing borrower payments, disbursing funds to lender and on going compliance. Piper has previous experience as a manager for various businesses in Sonoma County and spent years working at hospitals, specializing in revenue recovery and accounting. Piper was raised in Santa Rosa, CA and currently lives in Cloverdale, CA with her husband and daughter.
